Hello, I am Andrej!
I am so delighted you have taken time to visit my website. Here are few comments about me and my career for your awareness.
I always strive to achieve excellence in whatever I do. My overall career now spreads for over 25 years. During this time, I have done a variety of things in 3 major but very different career directions and I have been always very passionate about them and dedicated to whatever I was doing.

** Initially, I was a professional sport person for number of years, then completely switching my career and moved into an international corporate world.
*** This career switch was incredibly challenging but rewarding, knowing that the sport career is unpredictable and time-wise very limited so I wanted a bit more stable career path with longer-term prospects. So I started building my career from scratch as a process specialist-coordinator and over few years, l managed to build my status into various hierarchy levels of management. Working for international corporations has been till now for around 15 years and I have been working mostly as a finance & operations manager for several well-known international companies across Europe, reaching and serving customers globally on 5 continents and leading people in my teams from 23 different countries.
*** Since the start of the global pandemic, I have also started in parallel, developing my personal brand and online business also focusing on a video production and web-design. Thus this website and its content.
In my career or in personal life, I greatly value healthy and well-functioning relationships based on trust, respect, mutual understanding and communication, and I know that without these ingredients, relationships become shaky and short-lived.
Moreover, I always attempt to apply among others, these key aspects in any interaction with people or any engagement in any activity: Professional Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness, Effective communication and Consistency.
