Values & Principles

Values & Principles

These are some of the values and principles which I have applied and followed in my entire business career. However, the ones displayed on this page/below are specific values and principles purely dedicated to AnBo 1 Services.

Explanations

To increase a general understanding about the values and principles, here are some explanations what they really mean:

CORE VALUES

  • admiration felt or shown to someone or something because of their abilities, qualities, or achievements.

  • firm belief in the character, ability, strength, reliability, truth of someone or something

  • the quality of treating people equally, being impartial or free of injustice.

  • the quality of person’s character, being honest and shoving a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

  • devotion and faithfulness to something or someone.

  • the acceptance of responsibility for your actions. It is about taking a personal responsibility for your actions.

  • the quality of being trustworthy or performing consistently well, to the high quality and on time.

  • basic personality trait indicating receptivity to new ideas, new experiences. More openminded people tend to prefer variety, seek new experiences, and are creative, imaginative, curious, and perceptive to their environment. However, less open-minded people tend to avoid change, dislike disruption, and focus on few specific interests.

  • the ability to emotionally understand what other people feel, see things from their point of view and being able to imagine yourself in their shoes.

  • the quality of behaving in a pleasant and kind way towards other people.

MAIN PRINCIPLES

  • represents rules and standards of behaviour expected from individuals in a business environment. Like values, professional ethics provide rules on how a person should act towards other people in such environment. There are some universal ethical principles which for instance include: loyalty, integrity, fairness, transparency, respect, trust, accountability.

A code of conduct draws on these ethical principles as the basis for prescribing required standards of behaviour expected from people towards others including colleagues or customers.

  • this is a lifelong process of developing mental and emotional skills to be better and better every day and in all aspect of our lives and to achieve personal excellence, we need to focus on our personal growth and development. I always strive for excellence, which makes me feel happier, have inner satisfaction and contribute positively to others as well, thus excellence is the condition of surpassing some standards of expectations. We grow and success only when we have mastery over ourselves. Thus to understand the personal excellence, there are different dimensions of it which includes: Discipline, commitment, emotional control, right attitude and focus, belief and courage, calmness, self-evaluation, self-awareness, vision, abilities, self-accountability and many more.

Always striving for personal excellence is eventually going to provide better customer service, customer experience and results and thus a more satisfied customer. So personal excellence goes hand in hand with the customer service excellence as well as with the web design excellence.

  • this is absolutely the most important concept in any project. It is a triangle relationship between 3 primary forces that a project must achieve to be successful (TIME, QUALITY, COST). No matter how well we plan, things can go wrong, and these 3 forces must be watched all the time to avoid having a scope creep or dissatisfied customers.

  • Creativity and idea creation as important aspects, but they need action before any idea can have a real value. The brain is a beautiful thing. It comes up with all types of ideas, big and small, brilliant and innovative. Sometimes the ideas we think of, surface into our reality when we make an effort to achieve it. other times in simply ends in the mind. It is pretty easy to get lost in the thinking and forget about it before we even start the doing. The transformation of a thought into action does not just help make you dreams come true. It also helps train the brain to do it again and again. This is called a feedback loop that pushes us to further other creative ideas. This is how we can turn our ideas into actions and make things happen:

1, Understanding what we want, what the problem is and imagining how we are going to go about fixing it.

2, setting up a plan, figure out the next steps you need to take in order toa achieve the goal. 3, building an early model, not as an outcome, but since it is your idea, you need a proof that it is possible before investing too much energy, time and money int it. no need for perfection, but just making sure your model shows where you are going.

4, Gaining more perspective and allowing other people how you trust to have a look at your model. Let them test and analyse your model, ask for honest feedback as you will often discover potential setbacks that will allow you to make necessary adjustments.

5 refining the details moving from your first draft closer to the final edit.

6, do not give up, follow through any obstacles, and make your dreams come true.
