Let us create your beautiful, modern and strategic website together

Hello and Welcome

I am Andrej, I am so excited you are here and also thank you for your interest in my website design services. I am here to help you create your dream website so you can build your brand, attract customers and grow your business.

In the sections, below I have highlighted for you main aspects of our cooperation in your journey towards a dream website. Hopefully, this should answer your questions us working together but feel free to reach out to me with anything at anytime. I am here to help!

Investing in a brand new website is a pretty big deal. It is not only an investment in time and money. It is mainly an investment in your customers. You are trying to create an unforgettable experience that moves them to take action! So, finding a suitable and perfect website designer is important!

Before & During the Project

It is important to be clear on various key aspects before the project starts and during the process.

Before the project:

  • The first step is your initial contact by sending the PROJECT INQUIRY FORM with basic information.

  • Within 24 to 48 hours, you will be contacted by me to arrange a free initial consultation.

  • The free initial consultation (high level discovery call) will be used to determine the rough idea of basic and indicative information (scope-size, content preparation, complexity, cost, deadlines, timeline, expectations of the entire project).

  • The decision will be made whether the project will start or not.

  • The project can only start (indicative 14 days web design process) after these 2 conditions are met:

    a) at least a draft of the website content is prepared and

    b) 50% cost deposit is paid.

  • It is recommended that the website content is prepared by the client before the web design process starts mainly as you best know your business and business vision. However on request, I could either help prepare it for you or provide an assistance but this will be at the additional cost displayed under the Price List or Coaching Services pages.

During the project:

  • The first step will be a detailed discovery call to go deeper into the design expectations/vision and breaking down into smaller pieces the information from our initial high-level discovery call.

  • The detailed discovery meetings will be also used to gather, exchange and expand the information or topics about the full scope, deadlines, timeliness, complexity , key objectives so the plan can be designed during the phase 2 followed by the next stages of the web design process (website design, development, reviews & adjustments as well as launch)

Web Development Process & Timeline

My ‘‘Web Development PROCESS’’ consists of 5 phases and each of them has several specific deliverables.

The 14 days ‘‘Web Development TIMELINE’’ is only indicative based on the average estimate and can vary from a project to project depending on the SIZE and COMPLEXITY of the website requirement. A final timeline will be agreed at the start of each project but typically, it can be expected somewhere between 1-3 weeks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensuring a website that meet your desires and deadlines requires a collaborative effort. We need to work together as a team with clear communication and high professionalism at all times. To make this easier, I have outlined our roles and responsibilities for each of us during your website design project.

    • Creating a website that represents your brand and style. Presenting your words and images in a clear, thoughtful way that speaks to your audience.

    • Uploading your proofed, finalised and grammar checked content to you website.

    • Ensuring your website is both beautiful, functional and device responsive.

    • Handling the technical set up and integrations of your domain connection, newsletter and social media integration.

    • Meeting all deadlines and milestones set.

    • Providing clear design hours where I am available to answer any website questions you may have.

    • Implementing your feedback and adjustment requests during your refinement round.

    • Providing 90mins personal website training for post-design maintenance and updates (only if you decide for this option to maintain and update your website after the post-web-design handover)

    • Clearly communicate your style and design preferences during the brand discovery call and the brand preparation home work.

    • Providing the web designer a proofed and finalised content (content, images and relevant digital assets) before the project is officially started.

    • Provide easy access to all the content relevant to your website project in a dedicated Google Drive Folder. This includes, branding files, written content, imagery, links, embed codes, passwords or integration details.

    • Being available during you design week to communicate, send feedback, ask questions and provide clarifications whenever requested in a clear and timely manner.

    • Scheduling a 90mins time slot into our calendars to complete a personal website training (only if you decide to maintain and update your website after post-web-design handover)

Are we good fit?

I believe that in any working relationship, if we are aligned, develop trust and respect as well as we understand each other, then we can be successful.

Some things just go together, bread and butter, coffee and milk, lock and key, give and take, pros and cons, left and right, fish and chips etc and potentially me and you.

The point is that not everything is a good fit for everyone.

The chances are, if you have got this far and you like my work or aesthetic, we are good fit.

Just in case, I have put together a quick checklist to help you identify whether we are the best fit for a smooth cooperation and for putting together your brand new website.

If you mostly tick the top box (we are good fit if), that is great! I would be delighted to work with you. If not, not to worry, feel free to reach out and we will see if we can still find some solution.

    • Ethical, trusting, respectful and professional working relationship is important for you and you wish to work in this manner

    • You have a clear business strategy but do not know to visually communicate your brand message.

    • You are open new ideas, designs, and layouts.

    • You want an easy to maintain website without any advanced technical skills and the ability to code.

    • You are in a position to invest the time and finances required to complete your project.

    • You are a big believer in delegating tasks to an experienced person and are willing to provide the design freedom to crate a website in accordance with your vision.

    • You are committed to this process before, during and after your project is completed.

    • You can ensure you will meet all the timeliness, deadlines and provide open communication.

    • You understand this is a collaborative effort with responsibilities on both ends.

    • You do not have a clarity on your target audience and who you are trying to attract to your website

    • You are not sure of your business direction and the message you are trying to share.

    • You do not connect with my personality, style and aesthetic.

    • You are not open to new ideas, design, and layouts

    • You love tech and want a technically advanced website with maximum flexibility of coding abilities

    • You are not in a position to invest the time and finances required to complete your project.

    • You need to oversee every design detail and ensure every little step is exactly how you believe it should be.

    • You are not in a position to make this website project a priority

    • You prefer to take your time with projects and plan every detail out in advance.

    • You have an authoritative style rather than collaborative.

    • You do not consider and support an ethical and professional approach and working relationship as important.

Payments & Cancelations

No one likes that feared money talk, but I am a great believer in a complete transparency and honesty in any relationship. It is important that we both have clear understanding and expectations on how it all works up front.

    • A none refundable deposit is required before the work can start. This is to secure your design slot in my calendar and my commitment and focus till the end of the project. This will be 50% of your overall projected website completion cost.

    • The remaining 50% of your projected website cost will be due upon website completion before you website launch, handover and ownership switch.

    • 100% of any additional expenses necessary for the completion of work will be due upon website completion before your website launch, handover. The examples might include the purchase of any special fonts, stock photography, etc. In these instances, it will be upon your additional design requests, which we will discuss and agree during the project so you will be fully aware of these costs and/or signs of them in advance to eliminate any surprises for the final cost.

    • If you choose to cancel or reschedule your project, you will forfeit your deposit and 50% rescheduling fee to rebook your design slot unless the cancellation or reschedule request is made in writing at least 1 week before the official website design starts.

    • Due to the nature of the website design and the time input required, I operate a strict no refund policy. You will have the opportunity to make your inputs, provide a feedback or request any adjustment during the web design process, and also will have the opportunity to sign off the final website design before the remaining invoice is sent to ensure you are satisfied with the finished product.

    • If at any point in time, our business relationship simply is not working out, either party can express our desire to part ways in writing.

    • In the event of such termination, you will be required to pay for the work completed at a prorated rate.

    • For clarity, if 50% or less of the project is completed, you will only be charged your none–refundable deposit.

    • If 50% or more of the project is completed, then you will be charged for this additional work completed to this point.
